Simpler systems.
Less repetition.
More time.
Running the business should not mean fighting the admin
Too much of the day disappears into emails, spreadsheets, repeated updates and jobs that should be simple.
OxTech Automation helps small and growing businesses make everyday work easier. We remove unnecessary steps, connect useful systems and automate repetitive tasks where it genuinely helps.
Sometimes the answer is automation. Sometimes it is simply a better way of working. The goal is the same: less time spent managing the work and more time running the business.

Admin should not be the hardest part of the day
These are the jobs most businesses want to spend less time on.

You deal with the person doing the work
I am Nick, founder of OxTech Automation.
My background is in IT support, service improvement and practical automation. I am used to looking at messy systems, unclear handovers and repeated admin, then finding the simplest useful way forward.
You will deal directly with me from the first conversation to handover. No sales team. No project passed to someone you have never met.
About OxTech AutomationCommon questions
Do we need to replace our current software?
Usually not.
The first option is normally to improve how your existing tools are used and connected. New software is only recommended where it solves a clear problem.
Will AI act on its own?
Not unless that is appropriate and agreed.
Important decisions, sensitive communications and uncertain cases should stay with a person. AI is used for suitable tasks such as sorting, summarising, extracting information and preparing a first draft.
What does a project cost?
A focused review starts from £495. A single workflow build starts from £1,500. Larger or more connected projects are priced after the work has been understood.
One repeated task is enough to start
Tell me about one task your team keeps copying, chasing, rebuilding or correcting.
You do not need a technical brief. A real example is enough to work out whether there is a sensible next step.
